Describe the changes in the doc and link to your dev story

Users should be able to follow documentation to deploy a cluster using the oc CLI rather than the UI.

Currently there is no documentation describing such a procedure.

Specifically we need to describe how to create or edit the following resources in order to successfully install:

• ClusterDeployment
• AgentClusterInstall
• InfraEnv
• NMStateConfig
• Agent (edited during binding)
• BareMetalHost (optional)
   

The required information should all be present between the following upstream docs:
