Not able to select the existing placement in the create policy page drop-down.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a placement.
2. Go to create policy page.
3. Try to select existing placement from the drop down list.

Actual results:

Not able select the created placement.

Expected results:

Able to select existing placement successfully.

Additional info:

The created placement is visible in the drop down list, but unable to select it.
