"Install the operator" for "Operator Required" alert when OpenShift GitOps is not installed redirects to the wrong link

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Applications > Create AppSet Push Model when OpenShift GitOps Operator is not installed.
2. Click on "Install the operator" and OpenShift GitOps link is broken
3. Go to Applications > Create AppSet Pull Model when OpenShift GitOps Operator is not installed.
4. Click on "Install the operator" and OpenShift GitOps link is broken
