"Install the operator" for "Operator Required" alert when AAP is not installed redirects to the wrong link

      Believe this is OCP version specific as the OperatorHub was removed in 4.20.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Clusters > Automation when AAP is not installed
      2. Click the "Install the operator" link
      3. Go to create wizard for automation template when AAP is not installed
      4. Click the "Install the operator" link

       

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

      Should be something like
