      Goal

      Deploy MultiCluster Observability (MCO) on the Azure CCLM hub so that Fleet Virt UI can display VM metrics (CPU, memory, network, disk) from managed clusters.

      Scope

      • Configure S3-compatible object storage backend on Azure (Azure Blob Storage or MinIO)
      • Create MultiClusterObservability CR on the hub
      • Verify observability addon auto-deploys to managed clusters
      • Confirm VM metrics are visible in Fleet Virt UI dashboards

      Context

      The CCLM environment is fully operational for cross-cluster VM migration, but the Fleet Virt UI lacks metrics visibility without MCO. This sub-task adds observability as the final configuration step.
