      Value Statement

Ensure the issue title clearly reflects the value of this user story to the
      intended persona. (Explain the "WHY")
We expect the MCI to deliver an enhancement that will surface "upgradeable" condition from the CV resource. This upgradable condition will help us enhance upgrade safety by allowing users to see which upgrades are recommended by the CV operator. We should follow up with UX on the design before committing our work.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

      • Upgradable state for the HostedCluster will appear in the cluster details page of the HostedCluster. Will be of the value (True/False/Unknown) and should be sourced from the ManagedClusterInfo resource. We should also lift the "message" field, which explains the current upgradable state and can offer actionable steps to resolve.
