Currently, our bundle automation is generating the manifest files for multiple components from the backplane-2.10 branch. We need to ensure that this is updated to point to the next release MCE 2.11 (backplane-2.11).

Similarly, for the backplane-pipeline repo, we are fetching the branches related to 2.10, we need to update this to pull the manifest.json from 2.11.
