Currently, our bundle automation is generating the manifest files for multiple components from the backplane-2.9 branch. We need to ensure that this is updated to point to the next release MCE 2.10 (backplane-2.10).

Similarly, for the backplane-pipeline repo, we are fetching the branches related to 2.9, we need to update this to pull the manifest.json from 2.10.
