      Epic Goal

This is to run maestro and MCE on EKS, which include:

      1. validate maestro on EKS with aws iot.
      2. validate mce installation on EKS.
      3. decide what registration mechanism should be used for MCE since csr will not work.
      4. addon registration issue should be fixed.

this will also relate to the addon API upgrade to v1beta1, since it is not quite possible to support addon registration in EKS with v1alpha1 API.
