Critical Feature Overview
The ChannelGroupType (https://cluster-api-aws.sigs.k8s.io/crd/#controlplane.cluster.x-k8s.io/v1beta2.ChannelGroupType) currently doesn't support the eus channel. We're looking to unblock https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ROSA-403.
Goals

- To enable usage of the fast channel through the ROSA CAPI client.
