Major Feature Overview
The ChannelGroupType (https://cluster-api-aws.sigs.k8s.io/crd/#controlplane.cluster.x-k8s.io/v1beta2.ChannelGroupType) currently doesn't support the fast channel. We're looking to unblock a specific Adobe issue by opening up an upgrade risk on the fast channel only, but Adobe only interacts with ROSA through CAPI. Without the fast channel group being configurable through CAPI, we risk further destabilizing the relationship with Adobe.
