clusteradm is a cli command for OCM in OCM-io community.

This spike is to integrate an AI chat bot into clusteradm to support some operations using common language like join, accept a cluster , query the resources on the managed cluster without accessing to the managed cluster.

This chat bot will help user to manage clusters and workloads using common language.
