Value Statement

The OpenShift console cluster switcher currently causes confusion for customers. A common expectation is that all managed clusters will show up. And with custom hub naming coming in ACM 2.14.0, the name "local-cluster" could be confusing.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• ACM and MCE functionality appear under the "Fleet Management" perspective, when running on a version of OCP with the cluster switcher removed.
• Perspective ID does not change for continued compatibility with other plugins that are contributing to it
• An apropriate product icon is used for the perspective

• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
