OSDFM is a service team, and service reliability and availability are our top priorities.
While OSDFM team members are often online to handle various issues and incidents, we aim to introduce an AI-powered chat system that can proactively provide instant answers to questions asked in the #wg-osd-fleet-manager Slack channel. This applies whether the question comes from OSDFM users or team members themselves.
The AI’s knowledge base will be built from:
- OSDFM’s documentation repository
- OSDFM’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) repository
- Summarized insights from the conversation history in the #wg-osd-fleet-manager Slack channel
