Hosted cluster in disconnected environment is failing with invalid: spec.services[0].servicePublishingStrategy.nodePort.address: Invalid value

      TLDR

      It seems that the validation for HostedCluster spec.services[0].servicePublishingStrategy.nodePort.address IPv6 does not work correctly. Providing valid IPv6 address gets rejected.

      How reproducible:

          always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Set IPv6 address to HostedCluster spec.services[0].servicePublishingStrategy.nodePort.address 
          2. submit
          

      Actual results:

          backend rejects the HosterCluster resource saying that the field is not valid

      Expected results:

             HostedCluster resource is accepted
