TLDR
It seems that the validation for HostedCluster spec.services[0].servicePublishingStrategy.nodePort.address IPv6 does not work correctly. Providing valid IPv6 address gets rejected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set IPv6 address to HostedCluster spec.services[0].servicePublishingStrategy.nodePort.address 2. submit
Actual results:
backend rejects the HosterCluster resource saying that the field is not valid
Expected results:
HostedCluster resource is accepted
