Value Statement

VM users can easily access observability dashboards for their VMs.

Acceptance Criteria

• Link from Virtual Machines view (dashboard for all VMs)
• Link from details view (individual VM)
• Links should not be shown if Observability is not enabled

• As a user of ACM I want to be able to search for my VMs and easily access the observability details available for them.

• Currently in ACM Grafana exists somewhat outside the ACM UI and it can be hard to connect the two. 

• This Feature request is to add a link to each VM's search results page (see attachment for an example of the page) in Grafana to either the "Search > VirtualMachine details > Details" tab or even the "Search > VirtualMachine details > Related resources" tab
• This allows users of ACM to better connect the metrics provided to the objects they want to observe.
