The misc work needed for the Argo CD Agent OCM-io Addon work.
This is a follow up story to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-15871

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• OCM-io website and solution documentation is updated with the new addon.
• easily.Archive OCM-io AppSub repos and multicloud-integration repos. Stolostron repos remain intact.
• Update the OCM-io website and remove all the AppSub references
• Draft blog posts and work with Argo CD maintainer on video presentation and demo.

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated
