Create an OCM-io addon for the Argo CD Agent deployment to integrate ACM with the Argo CD/OpenShift GitOps' native pull model.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• OCM-io Argo CD Agent addon is created and pushed to the OCM-io GitHub org.
• OCM-io website and solution documentation is updated with the new addon.
• OCM-io clusteradm CLI tool is updated to include ways to install the addon easily.
• Archive OCM-io AppSub repos and multicloud-integration repos. Stolostron repos remain intact.
• Update the OCM-io website and remove all the AppSub references
• Draft blog posts and work with Argo CD maintainer on video presentation and demo.

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated
