Description of problem:

This managed cluster is HCP on IBM Z, this managed cluster is listed in the API Server and etcd widget on the Cluster Overview Dashboard, but navigate to these two dashboards, 

1. General / Kubernetes / API server
2. General / Kubernetes / etcd Cluster

some widgets without data to display

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.12.0-DOWNSTREAM-2024-08-05-20-33-14

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Observability
2. There's one HCP as the managed cluster
3. Navigate the Grafana Dashboard to check this managed cluster data
