To ensure the MCH operator can utilize the InternalHubComponent CRD to manage component dependencies and status effectively, we will create a CR instance for each component that is enabled during runtime.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] MCH deletes InternalHubComponent CR instance when component is disabled.
