To ensure the MCE operator can utilize the InternalEngineComponent CRD to manage component dependencies and status effectively, we will create a CR instance for each component that is enabled during runtime.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• MCE deploys InternalEngineComponent CR instance for enabled operands.
• MCE deletes InternalEngineComponent CR instance when component is disabled.

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
