      Feature Overview

Build a new panel in the AWS infrastructure type (MCE UI component) that shows ROSA HCP create and gives links to the docs.
ROSA HCP cluster create is a new feature being included in MCE, and we need customers and users to be aware of it.

      Goals

      • As an MCE user I want to take advantage of the new Cluster-API based ROSA HCP create flow.
      • Provide a UI card as a nudge, so that users know where to get started.
      • The ROSA HCP create flow will be CLI based, but we need a way to orient users that it exists, and can be found within MCE.

      Requirements

This Section: A list of specific needs or objectives that a Feature must
deliver to satisfy the Feature.. Some requirements will be flagged as MVP.
If an MVP gets shifted, the feature shifts. If a non MVP requirement slips,
it does not shift the feature.
