Value Statement

The current summary section includes cards for Cluster count, App count, Kube Type, Region, and Node count. 

The goal of this story would be to redesign the cards to give more context into the ACM pillars (Infrastructure, Governance, and App Lifecycle). 

The new summary section should resemble the attached image (exact implementation to be confirmed).
