      Feature Overview

Integrate the feedback mechanism on MCE & ACM UI pages

      ACS Implementation PoC:  bmichael@redhat.com (PM) alroy@redhat.com ? (UX) vwilson@redhat.com ? (Eng)

      Goals

      • Implement a feedback button persistent on all MCE and ACM UI pages, similar to OCM on console.redhat.com or on ACS
        • See attached ACS screenshot
        • Please copy design from ACS not console dot
      • Implement a launch link for a user to access a feedback form provided by UXD
      • Implement a launch link for a user to submit a support case

      Questions to answer

      • Is the feedback link in the OpenShift Console in 4.14+ adequate for this use case?
        • No, the link is hidden and we want to have a persistent and visible experience to the user to provide feedback.
        • No, the link is not specific to ACM and will create triage issues with understanding which product the feedback is related to.
        • No, RHACM 2.11 will support 4.13; and will be missing this feature.
      • Can we include query params and pass metadata to include the ACM and/or MCE versions?
