As a cloud content team we would like to get clarity around what exactly it means for each of these workstreams (or other efforts eg AWX) to be "done" and what happens after that.

The disbursement of people to other critical priorities has created uncertainty as to what "done" means for team members assigned to the effort. Especially with regard to the critical priorities that exceed 2.5 GA (Sept 30) / 2.5 Event 2 (Oct 28) and any lingering work/bugs people have been assigned for a "-next" release.
