Background

As a CC team we want to be more intentional about how we track, remember and take action on continuous-improvement items that come out of our retrospectives. 

This will provide value to the team to see/hold each other accountable to keep an active awareness, build the actions into the team "how we work" as well as surface any other ideas to further the growth/success of the team.

Will be added following each retrospective and tagged with component = continuous-improvement

This will also satisfy the Ansible KR "continuous improvement" 

Definition of Done

Should be agreed upon per team; add/remove/update to reflect:{}

• Retrospective (monthly, 2 per quarter cadence) or Health Check (once per quarter) has been held in the quarter
• Team has agrees the action items / acceptance criteria for each quarter have been fulfilled/met
