Feature Overview
There is no reason that each customer sets exclusion rules manually (or even with there own automation) according to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/4566711
The installation/upgrade plays should be extended to automatically exclude the packages listed in the knowledge brief and remove them before doing a re-installation or upgrade.
(Optional) Use Cases
The admin wouldn't need at all to interact with this feature, the feature would be transparent to the admin, and would simply make sure that the relevant packages are excluded once setup.sh is finished, and re-included before an upgrade is actually started.
Assumptions
The list of packages would be maintained within the code, so that admins don't need to care.
Out of Scope
Custom exclusion of packages (packages which the admin themself want to exclude).
