Feature Overview
It would be great if installer add exclude list automatically during the installation to yum.conf (and remove it when setup start again, so it can update platform) or create a playbook in installer just for OS upgrade, so all these things are hide for customer and he doesn't need to care about it.
Background, and strategic fit
For customer it's really frustating to keep and maitaining whole list things to exclude when he wants to do a OS upgrade (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/4566711).
It can be shortened to following:
exclude=ansible*,automation-*,dumb-init,helm,oniguruma,oniguruma-devel,openshift-clients,pulpcore-selinux,python39*,receptor*,sshpass,supervisor,yamllint
But still a pain to change that during upgrades etc.
