Adding toggles to increase logging to debug levels in the UI for specific items will almost immediately help streamline troubleshooting efforts from support. Some toggle ideas include:

• Authentication (troubleshooting LDAP/SAML issues)
• database errors (possibly connection errors?)
• Receptor work release (logging needs to be increased/addressed for receptor across the board, but adding a flag to enable debug options would be a great addition (AAPRFE-255))
• Cleanup jobs
• Callback receiver
