Make improvements to receptor so that troubleshooting issues involving receptor is easier to do and issues are able to be accurately identified.

Allows for easier troubleshooting for issues involving receptor. Not necessarily just the customer, but for support as well.

How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Two improvements have been identified so far:

1. Improve the logging so we can make debugging this sort of issue easier going forward.
2. Add a pointer from receptor local work to remote work units for easier debug
