Currently AAP does not provide an interface to encrypt/decrypt variables using ansible vault credentials. Such feature can be implemented using existing objects and tools on the AAP. (vault credentials, ansible-vault, RBAC). Such feature will be really helpful and time saving for operation teams and will make credential handling much more secure. What is the business impact? Please also provide timeframe information. Current ways of credential handling is time consuming and less secure.
