What is the nature and description of the request?

Request a new role to manage the Host Metrics and the Subscription Usage tabs. This role would be responsible for updating the manifest, when needed, and can manage hosts through host metrics tab. 

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
We are assigning fine grained access to our users. In this case, if we receive access for this specific function, we will be forced to grant them full access. We want to avoid doing that.
How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

add "Subscription Compliance role"
