The new search API will allow searching collections by repository labels. To support this, the following labels should be added to the existing repositories. This will make it so that repositories no longer need to be hardcoded into the UI, as the UI will be able to query repositories by label.

Our existing repositories will be labelled as follows:

      • hide_from_search:"" -> any repository with this label (regardless of the value) should be hidden by default on the search pages. This will apply to inbound and synclist repos as well as staging and regeject
      • pipeline: "staging|rejected|approved" -> these labels will be applied to repos that are part of the approval pipeline. For example published will receive the pipeline:approved label.
