API Access Logging

The feature may already be here, needs some confirmation. A customer has requested that we detail for audit purposes in our log file(s) the following actions.

• Provide Audit level detail in log(s) to when a collection is published
  • When a collection is published
  • Who published it
  • Where did it come from (source IP)
  • To which URL was it published to
• Provide audit level detail in log files to when a collection is downloaded
  • When a collection has been downloaded (date/time)
  • Where the collection has been downloaded from (url/namespace)
  • Who downloaded the collection (username)
  • Who the source IP address/Name of who downloaded the collection
  • What the collection was, namespace/name/version
