      Description: We are logging when an upload and import begins whether or not it actually succeeded, but not the artifact name

      Can’t see which collections are being uploaded

      Doesn't meet MVP of the feature, however, this won't block the 4.4 release. 

      Expected behavior: 

      • artifact name is included in the logs
