How reproducible:
1. Set "sync" only in one collection in cloud.redhat.com/ansible/automation-hub / COLLECTIONS
2. Synchronize rh-certified repo in the on-premise automation hub
Expected results:
Only the selected collection should synchronize
Actual results:
All the collection set is synchronized
