      For troubleshooting issues found on console.stage.rh.com, developers need a test user who has org admin permissions. Options:

      1. The sso.stage user `ansible-insights` can be given org admin permissions
      2. Have a process for associates to request their sso.stage user accounts be given ansible entitlements and org admin permissions

      In the off-chance it is useful to unlink the legacy ansible-insights user, if you login at https://issues.stage.redhat.com it gives you a url to unlink (while it does not at console.stage.rh.c)
