Make delete (alert) modal component that's according to PF

TODO:

• Ask Susan for more details about looks  Looks should be according to  https://www.patternfly.org/v4/components/modal/design-guidelines/#confirm-a-destructive-action and name of to-be-deleted object should be bold
• Create a modal componet (see attachment how current toast look like)
• Replace it at:
  • Delete a user (not according to PF)
  • Delete a group (not according to PF)
  • Delete a user from a group (missing)
