Make delete (alert) modal component that's according to PF

TODO:

~~Ask Susan for more details about looks~~ Looks should be according to https://www.patternfly.org/v4/components/modal/design-guidelines/#confirm-a-destructive-action and name of to-be-deleted object should be bold
Create a modal componet (see attachment how current toast look like)
Replace it at:
- Delete a user (not according to PF)
- Delete a group (not according to PF)
- Delete a user from a group (missing)

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
