      • It is possible to see specific tags signed

      Looks like the /api/galaxy/v3/plugin/execution-environments/repositories/alp/_content/images/ is missing info about per-tag sign_state,
      and the only place returing sign_state is /api/galaxy/v3/plugin/execution-environments/repositories/alp/ (under .pulp.repository.sign_state).

      We'd need to extend the API to give per-image (/per-tag) sign state info.
