When viewing the 'Users' page, there are some users who are un-deletable (these are the admin user and the current user, as tracked in issues AAH-265 and AAh-266.) With that in mind, the 'delete' option under the kebab menu should be greyed out, with optionally a tooltip explaining why (maybe consult the UX people?)
