Acceptance Criteria:

• A reusable base component for displaying the list of roles for a user or team selected within the User/Team Access tab for a resource in Hub
• The list displays buttons for adding/removing a role, enabled based on the logged in user's permissions
• The actions associated with the buttons for adding/deleting role will be implemented in separate work items (AAH-2549, AAH-2550)
