Description

While logged in as a superuser, attempting to stop a waiting task results in 403 Forbidden error

Steps to Reproduce

Log into https://beta-galaxy-stage.ansible.com/ui/login/ as galaxy_admin.

Go to https://beta-galaxy-stage.ansible.com/ui/tasks/ and stop any pending task.

Actual Behavior

403 error is returned.

Expected Behavior

The task should be Cancelled.
