As an automation hub developer I need to access the pulp APIs so that I can retrieve information about pulp containers.

• Refactor the existing front end API base classes to allow for connections to be made to the pulp API
• Write API classes for handling the following pulp objects
  • container distributions - for listing containers in the system
    • /pulp/api/v3/distributions/container/container
