Preconditions

Create a repo/dist (repo_1) with pipeline: approved label

Published repo exists as well with approved label
 
Steps to reproduce

1) login with admin

2) go to autohubtest2 namespace and upload attached collection (autohubtest2-collection_dep_a_smxqkwtn-1.0.0.tar.gz)

3) go to approval and select both repos (from preconditions)

4) go to repositories and select repo_1

5) go to collection versions and click autohubtest2.collection_dep_a_smxqkwtn v1.0.0

6) press kebab button and 'delete version 1.0.0'

7) Check 'I understand...' message and click delete
