There's two repos with pipeline approved label.

Steps to reproduce

1-Login with admin

2-Create a namespace / upload a collection

3-Go to approval dashboard and click approve

Actual test result

The select repositories modal has a toggle that to select all/none but it does not (de)select all repos. Check screenshot.
