Steps

from this screen (repository name: repo-test-e32a92df)
http://localhost:8002/ui/ansible/repositories/repo-test-e32a92df/?tab=collection-versions

if a collection is clicked, this screen shows up:
http://localhost:8002/ui/ns_test_0b12a1e5/collection_dep_a_84f9b49d/?version=0.0.1

but the repository menu shows 'staging' and it's disabled so repo-test-e32a92df can't be selected.
