After AAH-1981 when we move from using `community` to `published` repo

• Confirm that docs are no longer hidden due to community repo
• Call the docs rebuild endpoint to have doc rebuilt... note may need to integrate this from pulp-ansible into galaxy_ng by editing access policies on the url
• Confirm what displays if there is a null value for docs, i.e. sync down an artifact but docs rebuild not yet complete
