      Problem Description: Permissions for creating, viewing and deleting repositories and remotes are not in any of our current roles.

      Proposed Solution: Add all the permissions for remotes and repositories to the following locked roles:

      • galaxy.content_admin
      • galaxy.collection_admin
      • galaxy.collection_curator
